The Swing Art Festival is hosted by the Swingtime Bordeaux association. The general conditions for participating in the festival are a crucial and binding component of the registration contract between the organization and the individual signing up for the Swing Art Festival. If you do not agree to this document during the registration process (and, consequently, do not accept its terms), you will be unable to participate in the festival

Complete your registration form for dance workshops or any other Festival-related activities.

When you sign up for the dance workshops, your registration will be pending until you receive a confirmation email from us regarding your pre-registration.

After your pre-registration is confirmed, you have five days to make your payment from the time you receive the payment email. Payment can be made via transfer or check.

Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email validating your registration along with a summary.

If canceled before January 31, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued. However, if canceled after January 31, 2025, no refund will be available, regardless of circumstances such as flight or train cancellations, illness, or injury.

You have the option to resell your spot to someone else, as long as you keep us informed through two emails: one from you and the other from the individual who will be taking your place at the Festival (including contact details, a summary of levels, competitions, etc.).

The schedule is not contractual and can be modified, in particular in the event of unavailability of one of the teachers (canceled flight, illness, injury, etc.). In this case, the schedule will be reorganized. In addition, the times and rooms may be changed depending on the organizational constraints of the event. No refund will be possible for any of these reasons.

Your belongings are your sole responsibility. No claims can be made in the event of loss or theft.
Participants agree to use shoes suitable for classrooms (dance or clean indoor shoes) and to respect their state of cleanliness.

The organizers cannot be held responsible for any injury during the festival. Take care of yourself… and others!
