Registration process and deadlines

How does the registration process work?
  1. Complete a form for yourself and your partner, if applicable (be sure to collect all necessary information beforehand)
  2. Shortly after submission, you will receive an email from us notifying you of your status (on the waiting list or not) If you find yourself on the waiting list, please wait for a confirmation email indicating that you have moved off the list
  3. You will receive an email concerning payment, outlining the accepted payment methods, and you will have 3 days to settle the total amount
  4. Once we have received your payment, we will send you an official email to confirm your registration
Can I register with a partner for dance courses?

You can register with a partner for dance workshops, which is especially beneficial for Passes that include Lindy Hop, as it enables you to skip the waiting list. To take advantage of this option, you and your partner must:

  • Be at the same Lindy Hop skill level
  • Have opposite dance roles for the workshop

P.S: You can now complete the registration on a single form, so be sure to gather all of your partner’s details beforehand, including their full name, dance levels, choices for potential competitions, phone number, and email addresses

When do registrations open for One Day, Party Pass and unit parties tickets?

In early January for One Day and Party Pass and February for individual parties tickets (subject to availability) Find the specific dates on Rates page

What should I do if I want to grant a pass to someone?

Registration is nominative, so if you wish to offer a gift to someone, you will have to fill out the form in their name, while using your own information (email, telephone) so that we can send you the payment and confirmation emails.


After confirmation, we will send you a digital ticket that you can print and pass on to the person, if you wish.

Where do I register to participate in the dance competitions? Drawing?

Registrations for the dance competitions are included in the workshops registration form and the Party Pass form. Please note that only dance trainees can participate in Mix ‘n Match while the Solo Jazz contest is open to trainees as well as those with a Party Pass. Single party tickets do not allow you to participate in the competitions.

For the drawing competition, it is possible to register with the drawing workshop form

When does online registration close?

Online registrations will be closed a few days before the Festival to allow our teams to organize themselves as best as possible to welcome festival-goers.

We keep a cash register at the reception for all those who were not able to register for the online evenings (only in the case where there are still places)

Who benefit from the Early Bird discount?
The Early Bird discount is available exclusively to the first 60 individuals who purchase a Dance Workshop Pass (except for the One Day pass that will be available later). Upon registering, you may not immediately know if you have the discount, but you’ll receive confirmation when we send you the payment email.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments by regular bank transfer, via HelloAsso (no fees) and PayPal. We also accept checks and cash (especially for on-site payments at the Halle des Chartrons).

Please keep in mind that with PayPal, you will have to pay the imposed commission, which means that the prices will not correspond exactly to those displayed on the site for this payment method. With HelloAsso, the website will add a contribution to your payment. You can choose to modify this contribution and set it to €0.
⚠️ WARNING : This modification works just fine in the french version of the website, if you translate it in another language, you won’t be able to modify the contribution.
Is it possible to make payments in installments?
As part of our organization as a Festival with a waiting list, we cannot accept multiple payments. You will need to make the full payment in one transaction.
Will I get a refund if I can no longer come to the Festival after paying?
Depending on the date of your request:
  • Before January 31, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid
  • After January 31, no refund will be granted
Can I resell my place to someone of my choice?
You can do it if you notify us by email. We will need a message from each party to specify who is replacing whom, as well as any updated information regarding the replacement

Festival schedule and organization

When will the final schedule be available?
The final schedule is made available on our networks as well as the site approximately one month before the event with the distribution of courses
What language is spoken during drawing classes
It depends. Some classes will be in english or spanish and others in french only. Check out the registration form for more infos.
Is there an audition for dance levels?
There will not be any audition for dance courses. However, at the conclusion of the first class session, teachers may provide feedback in the interest of people concerned
